American Real Estate Network - Syracuse

was founded on the simple belief that families contemplating relocating, whether it be to another area or simply within their present city, are not well served if they are subjected to salesmanship tactics.

Our Relocation Specialists are all trained in customer service. They are handpicked for their communication and organizational skills and their pleasing personalities. They are knowledgeable about the area they work in, they know the schools, the neighboring communities, the housing market and the local economy, etc.

None of our Relocation Specialists have ever had any formal training in salesmanship. They were all selected for their skills in listening to people, counseling people and generally helping people. Before we go any further, let us quickly establish that, comprehensive though this service is, it comes at no cost to the relocating family or their employer. More on this later.

Relocating can be a very exciting time for the family. But, at the same time, it can also be very stressful. There are so many changes to deal with, decisions to make, options to explore, priorities to consider.

The Founder of American Real Estate Network - Syracuse, believes that the best way to assist the relocating family is by working for them and with them. We help families explore their various options by providing them with the research and education that will allow them to make the best decisions for their particular family needs. This is the extent of our role. The Syracuse team does not force opinions on anyone. We do not engage in manipulative sales tactics by offering biased or partial information.

Our goal is to eliminate apprehension and uncertainty for client families. We research homes, neighborhoods and schools, and present the results of our research to our clients. We take our families on tours of all the areas that may interest them and our specialists will do anything reasonable to assist the family with any aspect of their relocation.

Philosophy for Sellers.

AREnet's program for sellers stems from the belief that state-of–the-art marketing techniques combined with state-of–the-art communications, directed both to the potential buyer and the seller, are the key. Visit our Sellers Section for detailed information.

Who Pays for this and Who Works for Who?

In technical terms within the Real Estate and Relocation industry, the role is described as that of a Buyer Broker. Even though they work 100% in the best interests of the family they are assisting, the seller of the home they eventually purchase pays for their services. In no way, shape or form, do they represent the seller, nor do they divulge any personal or confidential information about the relocating family to that seller. Their loyalty is 100% on the side of the buyers.
